Refund Policy – PRWALE

1. General Policy

  • All fees paid to PRWALE are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing
  • Fees are charged for consultation, expertise, time, and processing support, not for visa outcome

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund shall be provided in the following cases:

  • Visa rejection by embassy/immigration authority
  • Delay in visa processing
  • Change in immigration rules or policies
  • Client withdrawal after process initiation
  • Failure to provide required documents
  • Submission of false or misleading information
  • Missed deadlines or non-cooperation
  • Change of mind or personal circumstances

3. Limited Refund (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Service has not yet been initiated
  • Duplicate payment has been made
  • PRWALE is unable to provide agreed service (internal reasons only)

Any approved refund:

  • Will be processed within 15–30 working days
  • May be subject to administrative deductions

4. Third-Party Fees

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Embassy / visa application fees
  • University application fees
  • Medical examination fees
  • IELTS / PTE / language test fees
  • Courier or documentation charges

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, client must:

  • Submit a written request via email
  • Provide payment proof and reason for request

PRWALE reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests.

6. No Chargeback Policy

Clients agree not to initiate:

  • Chargebacks
  • Payment disputes

without first contacting PRWALE. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action.

7. Acknowledgment

By making payment to PRWALE, the client confirms:

  • Full understanding of refund terms
  • Acceptance of non-refundable nature of services
